11.08.11 City Counsil meeting update: Just as the people were able to speak openly, no surprise, Carl DeMaio quickly closes his laptop computer, grabs his personal belongings and exits the counsil room. On the flip side, Counsil Member Marti Emerald attentive to the speakers, seems to be the only counsel member that seems interested in what the People have to say.
